Anne has been a massage therapist for over 9 years, having graduated from East West College of Healing Arts in 2004.   Receiving massage for her own pain issues lead to her desire to become a therapist and share the benefits with others.  Helping clients realize the benefit of taking care of their body and mind to maintain the level of activity they enjoy in life is her goal.

Through her massage practice and working in a chiropractic clinic, Anne gained valuable experience working with clients with varied needs and backgrounds: from athletes competitive and recreational, to gardeners, and office workers.  She also has experience working with motor vehicle accident recovery and those suffering from chronic pain. 

She is skilled in deep tissue massage and abdominal massage. In addition, she uses techniques influenced by other modalities; trigger point, myofascial release and swedish massage to make each massage specific to the individual clients needs.

Whenshe isn’t massaging, you can find her spending time with her husband and two school-aged boys, hiking and gardening.
